The first promise
Not just you. Everyone on the team.
Right now the deep knowledge sits with two or three people, and everything hard queues behind them. That is a staffing problem, a margin problem and a risk problem at the same time.
A first-year analyst answers like a tenth-year consultant
The gap between junior and senior is mostly recall: knowing where to look, what it is called, and what usually goes wrong. When that is available to anyone on demand, the gap narrows to judgement, which is the part worth paying a senior for anyway.
Cover a module you have never worked in
Nobody knows all of it. Eight years in Payables does not help on a Receivables issue, and two days go to orientation before any actual work starts.
With every functional area readable and every document searchable, the orientation is a question rather than a fortnight.
Nobody is the single point of failure
The person who set it up has rolled off, gone on leave or left the firm. Today that is a crisis. It should be an inconvenience.
When the knowledge lives in the work rather than in a person, holiday cover stops being a risk register item.
You are never the one who says “I will check”
The moment that costs you credibility is not being wrong. It is going quiet in front of a room, promising to come back, and taking two days to do it.
Answering in the meeting, with the actual values and where they came from, is worth more than any deliverable you write afterwards.
The second promise
Three times faster, and here is the arithmetic.
Not a slogan. These are the five things that eat a delivery week, with honest before and after times. Judge the claim on the rows.
| The task | Today | With this |
|---|---|---|
| Answer a question outside what you know | 45 min | 2 min |
| Confirm two environments still agree | 4 hrs | 5 min |
| Draft a setup document from scratch | 6 hrs | 40 min |
| Work out what a release affects | 2 days | 1 hr |
| Draw a process for a workshop | 90 min | 10 min |
| Across a week where this work is roughly a third of the job, about 3x | ||
The tasks themselves compress by far more than three times. Three is what is left after counting the rest of the week: the calls, the workshops, the politics and the judgement, none of which this touches and none of which it claims to.
How it does it
Three things, one subscription.
None of this works by being clever about language. It works by being connected to what is actually true, which is the part most tools skip.
Smart Fusion
It reads the system
Fusion and E-Business Suite R12, each with its own validated query library and its own schema.
- 1,517 validated read-only queries across 43 modules
- 1,324 of them for R12, on a live EBS 12.2.14 instance
- 168 configuration groups on Fusion, from the setup tables
- Compare two environments and get the differences in writing
Knowledge
It reads the documents
Every BR100, design document, policy and past deliverable on an engagement, in one place and answerable.
- Answers carry the document and page they came from
- Stamped with the release they hold for
- Abstains and logs a gap rather than inventing an answer
- Writes the deliverable, with the sources still attached
Diagram Studio
It draws the process
Describe a flow the way you would explain it to a new starter and get a PowerPoint slide of real, editable shapes.
- Steps, decisions, hand-offs and swimlanes laid out for you
- Editable shapes, so it survives being handed over
- PowerPoint, SVG, PNG, draw.io and Mermaid
- Unlimited edits and exports on every plan, including free
And the material itself
11,907 slides you did not have to build.
40 toolkits in fully editable PowerPoint and Excel. Curricula for teaching a team, reference architectures for designing one, and process blueprints for the flows you keep being asked to draw. Put your own logo on them and walk in.

At $250 an hour, it pays for itself in 48 minutes a month.
Oracle implementation work bills between $200 and $350 an hour. Framework Pro is $199 a month per seat. That is under an hour of recovered time, once, and everything after it is margin.

Before you connect anything
What it does to a production environment. Nothing.
This reads production, so the honest answers matter more than the reassuring ones.
Read only, enforced at the database
Not by inspecting the SQL and hoping. The account it connects with cannot write, so there is nothing to get wrong.
Credentials sealed, never returned
A password arrives once, on the way in, and is sealed before it reaches a column. No screen and no API ever sends one back.
One engagement never sees another
Environments belong to your subscription and documents belong to one project. Membership is re-checked on every request.
Every statement passes a read-only guard
1,517 library queries, written and validated rather than composed. Anything generated is a last resort and is guarded and row-capped like the rest.

Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Is three times faster a real number?
It is arithmetic from the table above, not a measured study. The individual tasks compress by much more than three; three is what survives once the rest of a week is counted. Run the table against your own timings before you believe it.
Does it work on EBS R12, or only Fusion Cloud?
Both. They are separate libraries because the schemas differ: 1,324 validated queries across 39 modules for R12, profiled against a live EBS 12.2.14 instance, and 193 across four modules for Fusion Cloud, plus the 168 configuration groups Fusion exposes through BI Publisher. R12 SQL is never run against Fusion and Fusion SQL is never run against EBS.
Does this replace experienced people?
No, and a tool that claimed to would be lying. It removes recall work, which is most of what separates a junior from a senior on a given day. Judgement, client handling and knowing which battle to fight are untouched, and they are what you actually pay a senior for.
Does it write anything back to the environment?
No. It reads, and read only is enforced by the database account it connects with rather than by checking the SQL before running it. There is no feature anywhere in it that writes to a pod.
What stops it inventing an answer?
Configuration answers come from the setup tables, so they are values rather than prose. Document answers carry the page they came from, and when nothing supports an answer it abstains and records a gap instead of guessing.
Does it survive the quarterly updates?
Yes, and that is much of the point. Read before an update and after it, then diff the two. Document answers are stamped with the release they hold for, so guidance from an earlier release is not quietly reused.
Be the person who already knows.
Start free today. Add the documents when the engagement needs it, and connect an environment when you want the answers to be facts.
